No and that is how it should be. Privacy is extremely important. Google would lose all credibility if yoi could do it.
What are blind surveys for? Unless it’s extremely racist, homophobic or any of the “ics” Google won’t give you that information. Also even in those cases it’s 99.9% certain that you can’t see those
