Ltd. recently invested NPR 55 million in the company. The fund was made available solely for Nepal’s operations. Business Oxygen (BO2) is a World Bank Group, PPCR, and FCDO initiative that is part of the IFC’s Global SME Ventures initiative. The fund is currently managed by WLC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Genese Solution intends to use the investment to accelerate Nepal’s automation and digital transformation ecosystem.

Prasanna Pokhrel has been appointed as CEO
The company’s strategic moves have been expanded further. Mr. Prasanna Pokhrel, the company’s new CEO for Nepal, has also been appointed. Mr. Pokhrel has over two decades of experience in the IT/ITES sector, including stints with international behemoths such as IBM and EXL. He previously served as the CEO of Vianet Communications in Nepal.
