The Huawei P50 Pro been hinted with a Leica camera. We can expect a huge camera setup with top-notch zooming.
Recently, Huawei announced their long-awaited HarmonyOS 2 with several products. The company also provided a glimpse of their forthcoming flagship smartphone, the P50 Pro. It’s Huawei’s most ambitious HarmonyOS 2-era product. No news from Huawei, unfortunately.
The teasers shows four lenses and two flash modules on the back. It also reaffirms Huawei’s regular relationship with Leica for optical setups. But, no information was provided on the megapixel counts.
From the teaser, the phone features a mirror-like back that is reflecting the surroundings. The slender and sexy style give it a strong appeal.
Cameras: The “Zoom Kings”
Huawei said the P50 series will “raise mobile photography to a new level.” Huawei’s flagships are traditionally recognized by having amazing camera features, especially their zooming capabilities.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a primary 50MP camera with 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom. P50 Pro will most likely offer better camera specs as well.
Possible rumors point to a 6.6-inch OLED curved panel with a punch-hole in the middle. Qualcomm’s most powerful Snapdragon 888 chip will reportedly power the flagship gadget.
Chip shortage will delay the P50 launch
The P50 Series is yet to be unveiled, despite the teaser. We’ve never done it this way, therefore we won’t be able to do it this year. We perceive the chip scarcity caused by this delay.
Computer chips have been running low globally since last year. Huawei has been particularly affected by the high demand for electronic goods because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
It is also likely that Huawei is optimizing the next flagship to function as smoothly as possible on HarmonyOS 2. With the future devices, the business intends to demonstrate how vital it is.
Huawei P50 phones will carry significant expectations for Huawei’s next era in smartphones, and the company will not take any risks.
HarmonyOS 2 is rolling out for 100 devices at the event. Customers get an opportunity to abandon Android in favor of HarmonyOS 2.
