Is it possible that feeling my heart race and having a heavy heart when I consume weed and drink a lot of coffee, even though I’m not a frequent weed user but I do love milk tea and coffee, might be connected to my anxiety? There’s a little incident that scares me, and when I think about it, I feel fearful. Is this a sign of anxiety?
