Novel stylistic elements, an updated appearance, and a huge variety of new functionality are all included in the New Compass. The Model S comes in four trim levels: Sport, Longitude (O), Limited (O), and Model S, with eight versions in each.
Features of the new Jeep Compass
The Jeep Compass has been modified with new leaner headlights with integrated LED DRLs, a new fog light housing, a redesigned front bumper with a big air dam, and new alloy wheels.
The interior of the Compass has been updated with a redesigned dashboard, new AC vents, HVAC controls, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen in the middle. A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, double-stitched leather accents on the dashboard, and a redesigned three-spoke steering wheel are among the other interior modifications.
It also comes with FCA’s fifth-generation UConnect infotainment system, as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Dual-zone automatic climate control, a powered tailgate, a 360-degree parking camera, 8-way electrically adjustable front seats with ventilation support, and 18-inch alloy wheels are all included in the top model.
The Compass will be equipped with traction control, six airbags, ESC, hill-start assist, ABS with EBD and braking aid, parking sensors, and ISOFIX child seat mounts in terms of safety.
New Compass engine and powertrain
The New Compass is driven by a 2.0-liter diesel engine with 170 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, as well as a 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engine with 163 horsepower and 250 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard on both engines. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission for the petrol type and a nine-speed torque converter auto transmission for the diesel variant are also available. The diesel variant will include a four-wheel-drive system with auto, snow, sand, and mud modes.
The pricing of the New Compass ranges from Rs 84.9 lakh to Rs 13.6 million.
