My parents travelled around 2 years ago. I dont know what was the bus stop (I realize this isnt helpful information) but they said they will never go that route again because of how tedious it was. Since then, they go from train.
Most probably ISBT Kashmiri Gate or Aanad Vihar bus terminal.
