KATHMANDU: Dr Shekhar Koirala, a member of the Nepali Congress, has slammed President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s decision to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR) and call mid-term elections.
NC central member Dr Shekhar Koirala said President Bhandari blatantly violated the Constitution rather than being its custodian when the mid-term elections were announced.
“The President’s decision is illegal and it has plunged the nation into a perpetual abyss,” Koirala said on Twitter.
