KATHMANDU: Ncell Axiata Limited has introduced a new version of its website with more appealing features that enable customers to easily purchase voice and data packs, recharge online, and perform a variety of other customer activities digitally.
The new website is smaller, quicker, and functions as a mobile app that can be installed on a smartphone without taking up any storage space.
The new website is part of the company’s digital efforts aimed at digitalizing the consumer experience. Ncell has already released an enhanced version of the self-care Ncell App, complete with exciting new functionality, as part of this initiative.
The inclusion of an updated website would provide another point of contact for the customer journey.
Customers will also get digital exclusive deals of up to 100 percent more volume on packs purchased from the new website while remaining at home during this trying period of the COVID pandemic.
Customers will, for example, benefit from bonus data ranging from 150 MB to 2 GB when purchasing 1-day (Rs. 18), 7-day (Rs. 98), and 14-day (Rs. 139) packs, as well as 0.5 GB to 0.75 GB more bonus data when purchasing Triple Majja’s 7-day (Rs. 109), 10-day (Rs. 147), and 30-day (Rs. 459) packs. Similarly, when purchasing from digital channels such as blogs, consumers receive double data on selected packs and three times more daytime data with the Always-on Data Pack.
Ncell claims that these deals and features will allow consumers to keep in touch with friends and family while at home. In the coming days, more functionality will be introduced. To better serve all customers, the website will soon be available in Nepali.
Not only that, but as part of the ongoing #OnlineKoKhushi campaign, customers can take advantage of a variety of special offers available only to them when purchasing services through digital platforms such as websites.
The deals are designed to make consumers’ digital and online interaction more convenient for activities such as work from home and online classes, among others.
