Today, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will face a vote of confidence in the newly reconstituted Lower House.
Prime Minister Deuba has asked parliamentarians for help in obtaining a vote of confidence for this purpose.
He argued that all measures should be taken to contain the pandemic.
Similarly, he stated that other priorities include protecting people’s lives, putting an end to unemployment, and forging consensus among political parties to lead the country forward.
PM Deuba also urged all lawmakers to support him in order to ensure democracy, peace, and harmony among all.
