I am on the market for a new washing machine and saw this machine at BhatBhateni. My fellow redditors, any of you currently using this model? Mind sharing your personal experience/review?

yes go for it. in our home, 2 washing machine had broken in the past 10 years. we have similar model like this one from samsung . 4 years down 1/2 times repair gareko tara kai problem xaina totally worth it
Using this for 1 year now , no issues .
However If your water supple is not clean , might need to clean the pipe regularly
