With effect from Shrawan 1, 2078 BS, the government has set the monthly wage for employees at Rs 15,000 per month. The Ministry of Labor, Jobs, and Social Security published a notice on Monday that increased worker salaries.
Staff will now receive a minimum wage of Rs 577 per day and Rs 77 per hour as a result of this. Workers’ salaries have been raised by Rs 1,550 per month, Rs 60 per day, or Rs 8 per hour by the government. Previously, on Shrawan 1, 2075, the workers’ monthly salary was raised to Rs 13,450.
Currently, a worker’s basic wage is Rs 8,455 per month, Rs 325 per day, or Rs 43 per hour. The basic salary has been raised by the government by Rs 930 per month, Rs 36 per day, or Rs 5 per hour. Workers will be paid a basic salary of Rs 9,385 per month, Rs 361 per day, and Rs 48 per hour beginning in Shrawan 1.
Similarly, employees are paid an allowance of Rs 4,995 per month, Rs 192 per day, or Rs 26 per hour. The allowance has now been increased by Rs 620 per month, Rs 24 per day, or Rs 3 per hour by the government. They will now earn Rs 5615 per month, Rs 216 per day, or Rs 29 per hour as a result of the increase.
