Three people were injured in the earthquake that occurred in Nepal’s western area on Wednesday morning.
Three people were wounded, according to the Lamjung District Police Office, including Uma Gurung, 40, of Marsyangdi rural municipality. Similarly, a few clay and stone houses have collapsed, according to police.
According to the National Seismological Center (NSC), Lainchaur, a 5.8-magnitude earthquake struck at 5:42 a.m. with its epicenter in Bhulbhule in Marsyangdi rural municipality of Lamjung district.
Tremors were felt in Lamjung, Gorkha, Dhading, Tanahun, and Kaski, as well as the Kathmandu Valley.
On April 28, an earthquake with a local magnitude (ML) of 3.5 hit Kathmandu, with its epicenter in Kalanki.
On March 18, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck with its epicenter in Kavrepalanchowk.
