As the title suggests, I am working at company and they are planning to issue IPO in this fiscal year. And i recently joined there, around 6 months ago. I recently completed my probation period but hasn’t signed my contract as permanent employee as I wanted to more money than they offered so negotiation is going on about that. But I wanted to know is what should I expect? Does everyone gets the IPO or only the employees who has work longer than 1 year and do I have to pay for the IPO or do I receive it free of cost?
