They call you sometimes. At around 3 days. The dex station here in Bharatpur said they’ll send back the packages after no collection for 3 days. The call is their last attempt to reach you before that.
But if you’re unable to collect the package during that period, you can call and tell them to hold the package for you and they’ll do so
