is it normal ??i started my weight loss journey 4 months ago and after a month or 2 i started losing my hair a lot i started seeing 10 15 hair strands falling as i touch my hair and when i shower it has come to a point where it seems like i’m going bald i’m so worried abt my hair any idea how do i control this? P.S. i lost around 17 kg in 3 months

Follow a proper diet plan and don’t starve yourself! Also 17kg seems extremely excessive in 3 months! You need proper nutrition too
I think your diet lacks iron,zinc & selenium. Get your blood tested for these stuff. If low get prescription from doctor or take supplements.
