Hessed Cafe. ( Jhamsikhel ,Near Sumeru Hospital ) A must visit Korean eatery .All food drinks are affordable with best quality.
There’s a really nice cafe called Of Silk and Salt in Patan. Its not well-known but it’s very aesthetic. You can also try Cibo Bistro. The food is excellent but it is very expensive.
Moksh in Jhamsikhel. It’s pretty good. I’ve gone there once (I don’t eat out much).

Idk about patan tara plus 81 cafe in Kalopul is very cozy
