I am wondering if anyone experienced OCD in the past or currently struggling because of it. If yes, how do you deal with it? I am constantly getting extreme instrusive thoughts and I am forced to do embarrassing rituals.

Can you tell me what are the symptoms of OCD. I do have intrusive thoughts but i don’t think i have OCD.
Bro, i am still dealing with it.. almost 19 years now. Prozac and mindfulness help but still the shit doesnt go away completely. Some days its worse, some days its manageble. It gets worse when i am stressed.
Sometimes in the middle of office i wonder if i forgot to turn off light, gas, didnt lock my door.
