After completion of 10 + 2 I along with many people got calls and texts from various consultancy and collages. The only way for them to get out phone numbers are from +2 collages. Is it legal for collages to sell these private information to other companies?

Yes college haru le nei ho number dine bhaenko. Malai pani +2 sake pachi CA college haru ani study abroad haru ko msg aauthyo. College bho ani arko if you have joined any Entrance prepration classes tinharu le dine gareka chan. Talking about legality, no it’s not legal but yo Nepal ho k garnu.
