Toxic Nepali workplace things

Just realized that Nepali companies don’t mention how many days you can take leave (sick, annual, casual) in a year because that would mean the employees would realize their “right”, and take leaves lol. Also, they expect you to work overtime without guarantee of pay and expect overtime everyday. Companies evaluate employees based on how many extra hours they can give to the company and anyone who can’t give that is deemed a bad employee. Isn’t this just unpaid labor?
And don’t get me started on the salary-paying super skilled employees (we’re talking engineers) in 20k range when they single handedly handle projects worth crores.
What are some other toxic Nepali workplace things?
