I usually keep 5 minutes on standby/neutral.

My bhai turns my dad’s 15 year old unicorn and just starts cleaning the bike with his towel.
use kick frequently, do not give race (accelerator) in neutral after engine ON, warmup 2-5 mins before move off.
Engine ko sound lay thaha hunxa ni…once it starts to sound normal and the RPM settles down as well
