I am a student studying in Bacholers (para-medical field) rn. Been staying in hostel in kathmandu but aba room mai basxu sochi rahko xu. I have gathered 3 other people to stay with me, we all are milni milni jastai. Past 2-3 weeks dekhi room khoji rahko xu, kasto vetirahko xaina like in budget.We want room around of max **20k , 2bedroom and kitchen or 1bhk**. Is it possible to get room yo area ma yettiko price range ma. Our priorities vaneyko paani aaunu paryo ramro and ghaam agnu paryo vanni matraxa. Kasto confusion ma ni xu k garum k garum jasto.Can you guys provide me some tips on what should I do ? or how to find room/flat (other than agents launu) , or know any flat available for rent near the area ? please guide me.
